Francis Tulip – Artist and Repertoire Francis’s responsibilities include artist recruitment and procurement, and hence the development of a business network that shares our business goals of providing accessible, affordable and world music inspired.

Stanley Newman – Director of Accounting and Finance As Financial Director of Equator Records, Stanley manages the acquisition and allocation of resources both financial and material assets. Stanley ensures that the business has high liquidity, while keeping financial liabilities to a minimum and ensuring stable profit.
